Beauty and Sports Therapy is an industry that I have worked in for over 20 years. I have trained in all advanced Beauty therapies and have attained a VTCT Level 5 Sports Therapy Diploma​. Throughout my career I have worked with elite and amateur athletes from many sporting backgrounds. My passion for all my clients is to achieve optimum performance/fitness and prevent injuries. I'm always keen to learn and have adopted many new skills over the years. Currently I specialise in treating clients with chronic pain, nervous system disorders, autoimmune health and stress relief. Ultimately my main objective is to help my clients reduce aches and pains and fulfil their highest potential of well being.

My career has taken me into many different environments, from sports clubs to luxury spas. I very quickly climbed to a spa management role and achieved the accolade of National Spa Salon of the year. Personally I also achieved Therapist of the year in 2002 and 2003.
